NETHMI
Basic information:
Nobody can decide what to feel about Nethmi, she's... nice? But she's also harsh and rude? His temper is short and explosive, and everyone either fears or outright hates her. She tries her best to be polite, but it never seems to be enough. Despite that, people seem to be drawn to him. People either admire her for her contributions to the student council and her grades, or hate her for being two-faced.
Nethmi has a creepy trait of knowing just a bit too much about anyone in town. Nobody knows how she gets that information, and everyone's too scared to ask. The only person who knows more about Nethmi than what's on the surface is Avery.
Even after all her hard work on her academics, her parents don't bat an eye to her achievements. She's tired of being treated as nothing more than a potential wife, and will do anything to prove to them that she can be successful.

Avery
"We've been friends for a long time." - Close with him and cares about him a lot.
Nethmi has seen Avery at his worse, and vice versa. Through the years they've been by each other's side. People have learned not to be too mean to Avery, because with Nethmi (and Elliot) always keeping a watchful eye, it's never bound to go well.
Zoe
"Funny to mess with. How long do you think until they realise?" - Very aware of Zoe's crush on her.
At first, the arguments would piss Nethmi off, but soon they realised that Zoe was fun to mess with. Their arguments started to devolve more into Nethmi watching Zoe get progressively more exasperated. Eventually he learned that they developed a crush on her, which Nethmi just took as more material to tease them with. That's not to say she's not interested in them too.
Juniper
"Sort of cute, but a bit difficult to talk to." - Neutral about her.
Nethmi's just glad Avery's made a friend, so he's pretty okay with Juniper being around. She does get a little bothered with how hard it is to keep up a conversation with her.
