AVERY
Basic information:
After years of trying again and again to fit in and be liked, Avery has learned that he's much happier being authentic than playing a character. Sure, he has two friends, with one of them being his cousin, and sometimes he feels like nobody will truly see him and listen to him, but he's happy. Right?
He's okay with his one measly column in the school paper that he knows everyone skims through, he's okay with the squints when he walks by. He finds contentment in the unknown, in long walks in the forest, in browsing strange facts, in taking pictures for only himself to see.
Curiousity is Avery's main trait, he thrives off doing things that are ill-advised in order to satisfy it, but he always ends up unscatched, no matter how erratic the idea is. Despite his ability to puzzle-solve and think fast, he is a bit scatterbrained and careless.

Juniper
"I really like her!.. As a friend, I mean. Haha." - Sure you do buddy.
Avery is really, really fond of Juniper. Ever since she's entered his life he feels like there's somebody actually there who will hear what he has to say. She really, truly wants to know about him and he wants to know about her. The things he feels for her scares him, so he buries them deep down, and hopes that they can remain friends no matter what.
Nethmi
"My best friend!"
Nethmi might be Avery's only actual friend, their friendship isn't perfect, but they grew up together, and thus have an understanding and bond only the two of them share. They share a lot of interests and have certain activities they carry out every year together. He's happy they're as close as they are, and wants it to remain that way.
Zoe
"Annoying. But likes Rebellion Ultima. So, they're alright."
Avery and Zoe have known each other for a few years, although not on the best of terms, but when he learned that they liked Rebellion Ultima, just like he did, they got along better than they realised they would.
